- Do you know how much they get paid?

Transparency. To me, it's probably not the first thing that comes to mind when the general public thinks of Realtor commissions. But a new rule in the way commissions are disclosed could change all that! Recently, the National Association of Realtors has voted to make Buyer Agent Commissions public in a listing. That means you'll see what your agent is being offered, along with information on the home such as numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. This is great news! And it's been something we've been advocating at R+K Real Estate for some time.
