We pay very little in advertising and we pay absolutely nothing in lead-generation. Our company is small, nimble, future-focused and leveraging technology to bring costs down.
We're just Ryan & Katie! We live and work here in Lawrence, KS. Our kids go to school here. We think that this is a unique community. One that values all things local. So we heavily promote other small business in town because together, we're what makes this place so special! And we have a particular view on what's right when it comes to providing real estate services to this community.
